This agreement outlines your
obligations as a member and explains our
obligations to you. By enrolling as a Holiday
Cashback member you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Site Membership and Termination of Accounts
Holiday Cashback only allows one account per
person. You must be a resident of the UK to
qualify for a Holiday Cashback account and
receive cashback.
We reserve the right to refuse membership.
Further, we reserve the right to terminate
your Holiday Cashback account without notice
at any time.
2. Cashback Rewards
As a Holiday Cashback member you will earn a
percentage 'cashback' or cash reward from a
number of retailers as illustrated on the
Holiday Cashback member's website.
We will make every effort to ensure cash back
offers are correctly illustrated.
It's important to note that all transactions
you make are not with us but the individual
retailer.
Your Holiday Cashback account will only be
credited when the retailer confirms your
transaction. Sometimes this happens
immediately, although often our retailer's
process transactions when their returns policy
date has expired (this can be 30 days plus).
Should the goods be refunded or the sale
otherwise reversed then the cashback payment
will not be made.
Cashback rewards can only be paid when a
Holiday Cashback member has logged into our
site and accessed the retailer's site via a
link from the member's area.
All transactions are electronically logged and
reported back by the retailer. Holiday
Cashback will make every effort to ensure that
retailer's are correctly reporting cashback
sales however we cannot be held responsible
should the retailers systems fail to report
back your sale. (In the rare case that this
occurs we will make every effort to negotiate
the cashback reward from the retailer on your
behalf; however the retailer's decision is
final).
All cash rewards accrued by members are under
the ownership of Norville Enterprises until
each cashback cheque clears into the member's
bank account.
We reserve the right to non-payment of these
member accounts, and the cancellation of
cashback cheques, without any notice at any
time.
Where transaction cashback has been paid out
to a member, but later reversed by the
retailer, we reserve the right to claim this
member payment back, as the transaction has
not been deemed valid.
3. Payment Schedule
Cashback payments will be issued monthly, 30
days in arrears providing your account balance
exceeds £25. Accounts under this amount will
be carried forward to the next month.
Holiday Cashback cashback cheques will be void
30 days from date of issue.
Should a retailer delay payment or cease
trading then we will make every effort to
recover your cashback however Holiday Cashback
makes no guarantees to payment until funds
have been received from the retailer or their
agents.
4. Members Newsletter
All members will receive a weekly newsletter,
providing updates on the latest Holiday
Cashback member’s offers and site updates. It
is a condition of membership that you provide
and maintain a valid email address to receive
this weekly email.
NB. As per our privacy policy your email
address will not be sold or shared or rented
to a third party.
5. Dormant Accounts
In the event that your Holiday Cashback
account is dormant (showing no transactions)
for a period exceeding 6 months then we
reserve the right to terminate your account.
6. Modification of Agreement
We may modify any of the terms and conditions
contained in this Agreement, at any time and
in our sole discretion by posting a revised
agreement on the Holiday Cashback website.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of
the United Kingdom, without reference to rules
governing choice of laws.
Our failure to enforce your strict performance
of any provision of this Agreement will not
constitute a waiver of our right to
subsequently enforce such provision or any
other provision of this Agreement.
8. Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy outlines exactly how we
handle your account information and the steps
we take to ensure your privacy.
